Commercial inquiries

The contact form asks for the information needed to understand and respond to a possible project. Inquiries are delivered by email and are not persisted in the application database.

Inquiry information is used only to review the request, clarify fit and respond. Submitters are not added to a newsletter or marketing list.

Pi Development uses a practical internal retention target of no longer than 12 months unless an active business relationship or a legal obligation requires the information for longer. This is a retention target, not a claim that Gmail is configured for automatic deletion.

Site measurement

The site may use web analytics to understand aggregate usage and improve content and interfaces. Browser and hosting infrastructure may process standard technical data such as timestamps, requested pages, device or browser information and network identifiers.

Security and abuse prevention

Reasonable technical safeguards are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. The contact form uses lightweight checks intended to reduce automated abuse; they are not comprehensive global rate limiting.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct or request deletion of personal information associated with an inquiry, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
